I'm looking for any gluten free restaurants from Palm Beach south to Miami.

I would prefer hearing about any non-chain places that either have gluten-free menus, or wait/chef staff that have both an understanding and an ability to totally comply.

I'm looking for any gluten free restaurants from Palm Beach south to Miami.

We just returned from vacation there, and I had a wonderful dinner at Gianni's on Atlantic Blvd in Pompano Beach.

They fixed me a delicious chicken dish on a bed of spinach that wasn't on the printed menu.

A little north of there I had a great lunch at JB's on the beach in Deerfield beach. They were very accommodating.

I was down in West Palm & Miami back in October. I don't remember most of the places I ate but I do remember there is a pizza place in Deerfield Beach that has gluten free pizza.

I will 2nd the vote for Pizza Fusion. My dd loved the pizza!

I grew up in Pompano Beach FL and my parents *love* Giannis too! Next time I go down there, we'll have to try that with her.

I just thought of another restaurant that Carleigh ate successfully at: Smokey Bones in Fort Lauderdale (or Pompano Beach). It is a chain restaurant, but we don't have them here. She had ribs, plain baked potato and steamed broccoli (I think). I called ahead and spoke to a manager. They printed out a gluten-free list for me to look at once we got there.

I just spent a weekend in South Beach and ate at these restaurants. The only one that was questionable was Evolution but I think that was because the sauce had dairy in it not because of gluten.

Emeril's at the Lowe's Hotel

Evolution at the Ritz Carleton

Pacific Time on Lincoln Road

Overall Pacific Time was the best food wise (and the cheapest - go figure!). Emeril's was good and Evolution was good but expensive and I question the sauce that was on the lobster.

I appreciate the information.

I have avoided Emril's restaurants as the ingredient labels on the supermarket stuff all have wheat or unspecified modified food starch.

I've heard from sources other than myself that Emeril supposedly has celiacs & diabetics in his family or knows a celiac or something along those lines. his restaurant staff was very informed when i was there and were very accomodating when i asked my questions. I use several of his spice mixtures at home that are gluten-free (the steak rub is the best) but i have never looked at any of his other products.

      But M&M's contain milk, and would not be at all like a Tootsie Roll.

      I appreciate you validating me because medical is an issue and it's not ok at all they they do this. Some days I just want to call the news media and just call out these doctors especially when they are supposed to be specialist Downplaying when gluten-free when they should know gluten-free is false negative. Now dealing with other issues and still crickets...

      M&M Peanuts. About the same calories and sugar while M&M Peanuts have fiber, potassium, iron and protein that Tootsie Rolls ("We are currently producing more than 50 million Tootsie Rolls each day.") don't. Click the links to compare nutritional values. Both are made with sugar, not high fructose corn syrup. I use them as a gluten free substitute...

      I see it everyday on my feeds. They go out and buy gluten-free processed products and wonder why they can't heal their guts. I don't think they take it as a serious immune disease. They pick up things off the internet which is so far out in left field. Some days I would just like to scream. So much better when we had support groups and being able to teach...

Actively dealing with sibo and skin issues.Depression is the key because thats all they know, im depressed because medical has caused it because of my celiac and related issues. I should have never ever been employed as a bus driver.After 3 years still healing and ZERO income desperately trying to get better but no careteam for celiac other than stay away frim wheat! Now im having care because my head is affected either ms or meningioma in go in tomorrow again for more scans.I know im slowly dying and im looking like a disability chaser

While I get heartburn at night from commercial dairy milk, I do not from 'grassmilk'.

I just had an EMA blood test because I haven't had one since my Doctor moved away.  Got test results today, doctor ordered a D3 vitamin test.  Now you know what  type of doctors we have.  Now I will have to pay for this test because she just tested my D3 end of December, and still have no idea about my EMA.
