I use Pacific Foods. They say gluten free on the carton. They have delicious tomato soup in the carton, too.

hey erbetty :)

there is at least one of the swanson beef broths that is gluten free, also. I just checked my pantry and I'm out, so I'm not sure which one it is. I don't regularly use veggie broth....hopefully someone else will chime in with other options.

Progresso has a "creamy mushroom" soup that is gluten-free and i use in my casseroles. My mom actually likes it so much that she's started using it.

I used the Wegmans Culinary Stock, it comes in Chicken, Beef, Veggie and Thai. All labeled gluten free.

Ditto at our home. We keep Better than Bouillon on hand for when we run out.

You have the heloise Cream Soup Recipe?

I put on over 12kg by eating protein with every meal, 3 to 5 times a day. Eggs, Chicken, Tuna, Turkey etc. I stay away from too much red meat as it can be inflammatory. Scott is correct. I've come across a bunch of Coeliac PT's on Tiktok and Instagram. They all say the same thing, the key is getting enough protein and consistency.

It's great to hear that eliminating gluten has helped alleviate symptoms like eye burning, which is a significant and positive change. The first and most important step is to ensure you're consuming enough protein throughout the day to support muscle repair and growth, which can be challenging with a busy schedule. Since you're already physically active at work, adding focused strength training just 2-3 times per week can make a major difference. Bodyweight exercises like squats, push-ups (modified if needed), and lunges, or using resistance bands at home, are excellent, efficient places to start. Remember, consistency with these short sessions and prioritizing post-workout recovery, including good sleep and hydration, are just as crucial as the workouts themselves. It's a smart, gradual process at any age.

That's terrible! This article, and the comments below it, may be helpful:

Trader Joe's carries a good variety of affordable gluten-free foods like bagels, hamburger buns, pasta, etc. I like Franz Gluten Free bread, which is available at my local Costco. Food For Life and Little Northern Bakehouse (advertisers here) also make excellent gluten-free breads. Costco also sells gluten-free pizzas, crackers, gravy, etc.
