I use hidden valley ranch dressing. I'm a butter eater! Way bad for you but it's what I splurge on!

https://www.celiac.com/st_prod.html?p_prodi...-48107553547.11

This is the list of what to look for in teh ingredient lists on teh back of teh package!

Kraft will always list gluten on the package....also walmart store brand is really good about listing anything too(most of their products actually say gluten-free on them)

Breakfast: gluten-free cereal, fruit, banana muffins(I make these all the time)

Good Luck!

Not sure if you live in an area with Wegmans, it's a grocery store in NY,PA,NJ,MD and VA. It labels all its store brands gluten free too. I buy lots of things there. So usually I get their brand of salad dressing and BBQ sauce..as well as other things.

I just want to add that anyone that does have a Wegmans to shop at, that online under www.wegmans.com you can find the store list of Wegman brand foods lists that have their products that are gluten free. I have printed it and it is 29 pages long. Also their food products also have a label guide on the front of those products for lactose intolerant, gluten free, healthy heart, etc. This was helpful to me in the beginning when I was learning how to shop for food for myself. I hope others find this helpful as well. But always check labels as a precaution.

Sorry I live in Squamish, BC and I have found a Whole foods about an hour away in VAncouver, we live in s small town...well, its getting bigger since Whistler got the 2010 olympics. But I have checked Walmart and found a few things. I have the Kraft BBQ sauce already, but I have to do somemore research. I have not purchased much or tried any baking b/c I am waiting for my Biopsy results, which I get this week. from what I have researched, I should be okay as Iam not a flour eater at all...never eat bread or anything like that. I do however eat a bit of junk food and will have to change that, mind you I have already researched into the goodies and found alot of the stuff I like is gluten free, so I am excited there. I am going to try and get my kids to eat less gluten so if they come down with it then it wont be so hard to switch them.

Thanks.

If you can get is, Saz's barbeque sauce is wonderful and it's gluten-free. I believe Sweet Baby Rays is as well.

Just remember that "flour" (as you listed above) hides in soooo many items your would never think have wheat flour in them. I glutened my poor DH by giving him soy sauce (wheat was the 1st or 2nd thing in the ingreditent list). So it hides in places you'd never know. I'm much better at reading labels now!

Pamela's makes an awesome pancake/waffle/baking mix that I cook weekend breakfast's from and my DH also has cereal - watch because there are so many main stream cereals becoming gluten-free (Fruity Pebbles, Cocoa Pebbles, Trix), etc. He also like the frozen Van's waffles. Blueberry especially - but again - not all of their weaffles are gluten-free.

I hope this helps!

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?

Thankyou so much for your words. Its a hard battle when a supposed well known hospital whose celiac " specialist " has down played me because my colon looks fine and put it in my medical and so pcp doesn't take seriously. In their eyes we all carry that gene.Im having alot of bad days trying to be positive because of it.
