Eek! I've been happily enjoying lots of different liquors (we went on vacation 2 weeks after I was dx'd with celiac disease). Lots of martinis with flavored liqueurs. Whoops! None of the websites have ingredient information. Flavored vodkas? Anyone know? Thanks a bunch!

You can have a general idea when you go out what's safe and what's not, but ultimately you have to check the mixers at the bar. I once read a bottle of margarita mix at the bar and it had wheat. I never would have suspected that margaritas could have wheat!

Also, I have found some key lime martinis have wheat even if you get it without the graham cracker crumbs on the rim.

One thing to steer clear from is wine coolers...usually are malted beverages. Also hard lemonade, iced teas...same thing with the malt.

Those were my favorites ;)

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
