This link is new to me. They sell soy free chocolates and other soy free things. I can't guarantee that all of it is gluten free, but I noticed many of the items say that they are.

Great link, thanks for posting.

We'll have to sift through everything for the gluten-free items, but worth it to find great gluten-free soy-free treats.

Ooh, I'll have to check that one out! Thank you! :)

If anyone hasn't been here, this is a great one too. You can click on the allergens and it will pull up all the food without them in it! It's awesome!

I love this site for that very feature! I don't use it very often though because I just don't do any grocery shopping on-line.

I wish more sites would borrow this feature though, it would make it so much easier to be able to sift through items according to ingredients that need to be avoided.

I use them a lot, but they don't have any made up chocolates that are soy free.

Oooh, these are my favorite chocolate sites! I find these brands at my health food stores, and Target too!

Juliem:

I know, I wish more sites would do this too! It actually has helped me though, at least now I can recognize packaging at a store and already know it's safe for me! I haven't ordered any groceries online before either, but it's nice to look at all the stuff we can eat!

I actually found some soyfree dark chocolate at my local Trader Joe's yesterday. Be still my heart

I still like the looks of those two bars in juliebove's link that have healthy things added in. I would be able to justify eating more chocolate that way

Hello, I was very stick,  with flu like symptoms, but my virus panel came back negative and we couldn’t figure out what’s going on. The doctor then added a celiac panel.  Has anyone ever had such a dramatic change?  What are the odds this is true celiac I am going to have an endoscopy, but it’s expensive and I just feel like why can’t the labs be enough?

Eating out in general is full of risks, but this article may help:

This kind of question is always difficult to give a definitive answer to because of so many variables. One such variable is the sensitivity of the individual celiac to small amounts of gluten cross contamination. An amount that causes a reaction in one celiac many not in another, or at least not be discernable which, of course, does not exactly equate to being "safe".

I don't live in the US, but based on this thread, I wouldn't risk it:   https://www.reddit.com/r/glutenfree/comments/1n2ehw8/cracker_barrel/   This app is helpful: https://www.findmeglutenfree.com/

I see that Cracker Barrel restaurants have a gluten free menu (not all locations, but one confirmed that they do). I was wondering if it is safe for my 5 year old son with celiac disease?
