the dr just called me and said the igg and iga are back, and the igg was normal and iga was very low, so does this mean he is celiac and he is iga defiicent, or should i not worry. that could expalin why his test in enterolab were at 11, with 10 being high right. She does want to send him to an gi dr tho. He was on full fledge gluten at the time, just what he eats out of the house, cause all my meals at night are gluten free and on weekends. I did have him eat some gluten but not all the time when he was home, but he was still sneaking some gluten at home.

I also wanted to add that last time he did the celiac panel his igg was 3-4 times higher then normal. I was just looking up some stuff and it said that igg is more for like an allergy, so could him having allergy shots lower that number. Or am i completely off base in my thinking, which i am known for many times.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
