I Think My Daughter Has Gluten Issues

I've been suspecting this for a bit. Now that I think back she's had issues for a lot longer. I took her to the family doc months ago with a weird pain she gets often right below the sternum and often into her intestines. Today she ate 2 slices of high gluten bread and is now on the couch with nausea. She doesn't complain of diarrhea or constipation. She DOES however, have brain fog (attributed to ADD).

She's had an IGG test done and (with the highest level being a 4) gluten is also a 3, almost a 4!!!! She's also a 4 for dairy milk too. I hate to put her through any blood tests because her veins are so tiny (she's 8 years old) and to even get blood for her allergy testing was horrifying :(

I am gluten free and am a self-diagnosed Celiac so I am thinking she should also go ahead with it.

I just wish I could feel what she's feeling and be more convinced! I just hate not knowing things, I am nosy LOL

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
