Rolled Out Pizza Dough

Christmas Eve we do appetizer type stuff. My sister makes a really good pizza rolled in the refrigerator dough you buy at the store. The dough is rolled out, filling placed and then rolled into a pinwheel and baked. It is then sliced.

Does anyone have a gluten free pizza crust dough that can be rolled out? Thanks so much.

Chebe might work. It wouldn't be exactly the same, but you can definitely roll it out.

Now that I'm thinking about it, what I'm looking for is more of a bread dough (not pizza) that can be rolled as that is what my sister uses in her recipe.

Pamela's Wheat Free Bread Mix (is also gluten free) can be used to make pie crusts and pizza dough that you roll out. I tried the pie crust and really liked it. To me it was as good as the wheat flour pie crusts---- didn't try the pizza dough but I'm going to soon.

I'll second the Chebe recommendation. You can do so much with their mixes.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
