I need a multi vitamin that is gluten and soy free without iron. I have a VERY sensitive stomach so I need something that is easy on my stomach and easy to digest. Any suggestions? Thanks. :)

I have an extremely hard time with vitamins and currently only take calcium.

Just the other day I ordered a trial size of Kirkman Labs Multi--it does not have iron. I'm hoping that I'll be able to tolerate them--several people here use them.

This is the one I ordered--

Jersey Angel,

Which one did you get a trial size of? There are so many different kinds it's amazing! I'm confused.

I got this one--

The trial size is the third listed. Scroll down to see all the info on what's in it.

Yeah--there are lots to choose from--I was looking for something basic with no iron and thought this one would be a good place to start.

Let me know if the link doesn't work for you.

Thanks Patti. I will try that one. :)

Thanks Patti. I will try that one. :)

These people are fast! I ordered at around noon on Wednesday and my order just got here :D

I counted the capsules--30 in the trial size. Not bad.

Now, I have to decide whether to try it today...my stomach is off and I might not know if it's the vitamins or just me

Let me know how you like them and I'll keep you posted. :)

sorry a bit confused so I should take my B complex along with Objective Nutrients Thiamax for TTFD but what about a Benfotiamine to take. The Life extensions contains Benfotiamine and Thiamine together or im confusing myself. I am trying to see if I take Thiamax what should I take for Benfotiamine. Thanks EDITING after further research I see ones water soluble ones fat soluble. So I guess 100MG as you suggested of Life Extension contains Benfotiamine and Thiamine Hydrochloride. and the Objective Nutrients Thiamax contains TTFD.     would work for me.

I put on over 12kg by eating protein with every meal, 3 to 5 times a day. Eggs, Chicken, Tuna, Turkey etc. I stay away from too much red meat as it can be inflammatory. Scott is correct. I've come across a bunch of Coeliac PT's on Tiktok and Instagram. They all say the same thing, the key is getting enough protein and consistency.

It's great to hear that eliminating gluten has helped alleviate symptoms like eye burning, which is a significant and positive change. The first and most important step is to ensure you're consuming enough protein throughout the day to support muscle repair and growth, which can be challenging with a busy schedule. Since you're already physically active at work, adding focused strength training just 2-3 times per week can make a major difference. Bodyweight exercises like squats, push-ups (modified if needed), and lunges, or using resistance bands at home, are excellent, efficient places to start. Remember, consistency with these short sessions and prioritizing post-workout recovery, including good sleep and hydration, are just as crucial as the workouts themselves. It's a smart, gradual process at any age.
