Gluten Free, Yeast Free, Pizza

My wife has celiac disease (I am one of the wheat eaters... who have infiltrated your forum) and I wanted to share a recipe I created to make pizza for her. I have tried several different crusts and could not find one without yeast that was very good. Created this one from what I have learned about gluten free cooking. She doesn't do well with yeast or milk either, so it is a gluten-yeast-casin-lactose free pizza.

3/4 C Brown Rice Flour

3/4 C Potatoe Startch

1/4 C Flax Meal (or substitute for more brown rice flour if you don't have it)

1 T Sugar

2 t Baking powder

1/2 t Xantham gum

1/2 t Salt

2 Eggs

1/3 C Vegatable Oil (I use olive oil)

1/2 C milk (I use Almond milk

Preheat the oven to 400 Degrees F. Wisk all the dry incredients together in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another bowl. Then slowly stir in the dry ingredients. Mix thuroughly. Use a rubber spatula to put all the dough on an oiled cookie sheet (standard size). Get a piece of wax paper (the size of the cookie sheet) and spray some nostick cooking oil onto it. Put the wax paper on top of the dough and spread it around the cookie sheet. Slowly pull away the wax paper when dough is evenly spread accross the sheet. Cook for 10 minutes.

After making the crust I just put on tomatoe sauce (1 small can with 2 T of Italian seasoning) put on some gluten free peperoni, Onions, Bell peppers (I make a second one for me with cheese on it since my wife can't each cheese still). Then Bake it for an additional 15 minutes at 400 degrees.

BTW, we've done other articles on this topic that I wanted to share here (not to condone smoking!):

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
