Gluten Free Restaurants In Tampa/clearwater

Hello,

My husband and I are traveling to the Tampa/Clearwater area in Florida for our anniversary in Sept. I would love to have any suggestions for good restaurants that offer a gluten free menu or are accomodating to special diet needs.

Ruth Chris is excellent. Call ahead and let them know you need gluten-free. You will get to meet the chef and be totally pampered. If you tell them it is your anniversary...you will get even more extra special care. :0)

We also have Pei Wei, PF Changs, Carrabbas, Outback, Bonefish, Maggianos, Lee Roy Selmons, Flemmings, Bern's Steakhouse...google them. The nicer ones require reservations like Bern's and Ruth Chris.

I know this is probably too late for your trip, but I travel to Tampa a lot. I eat at Capital Grill in the International Plaza Mall. The Chef is always so accomodating. He has even made me flourless chocolate cake, off the menu. The waitress even pointed out he dusted the pan with cocoa.

The food is excellent and the service is always outstanding.

      I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
