Hi N00dnutt, Thanks for posting the Prevalence of Celiac Disease link. My takeaway is that the data is so chaotic I can't believe this 1% is even close to the real number. I also have a sibling who refuses to get tested. Just eats gluten free and doesn't see the value in bothering with doctors. And of course this just perpetuates a cycle in...- alternative

@trents You're right, thanks for pointing that out. On @somethinglikeolivia comment regarding potential ingesting or cross contamination; there is a product marketed in Australia as "GluteGuard" which is designed for just this scenario. It is not a defence for and is not recommended for use by full-blown celiac disease but, it helps those with GI. I...
