Grapeseed Oil

I have lately been using grapeseed oil for sauteeing and frying things. It gives a nice flavour and crispiness and seems to have a high burn/smoke temperature, better than olive oil and cheaper than coconut oil.

Does anyone have an opinion on it, whether good, bad or indifferent?

Macadamia nut oil is good too. I think med-high heat.

I use grapeseed oil now and again. It has way more Omega 6 than olive oil, so I dont use it too much to maintain fatty acid balance in my diet.

Yeah, that's a tasty one! If the price ever comes down I'm gonna get some more.

I use it and like it real well. I also use it to make salt scrubs for the bath. Rock salt, grapeseed oil, and a scented oil is fabulous.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
