I have not had the experience, but I do understand that it's the most conclusive testing available. Good luck.

I had one several years ago and it was the easiest test I've had. The pill isn't any larger than most vitamins. The process is also very easy. The day before you're on a restricted diet and no food or water after midnight, then the next morning you go in a swallow the pill and get hooked up to the monitoring belt. It takes maybe 15 minutes to do this and then you come back 8 hours later and they take the belt off.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
