Hi, welcome!!!

I am from New York City as well, but to be honest with you, I don't eat out much, and I go to school in Massachusetts, so I am unfamiliar with much of the NYCGF world. I was just diagnosed this summer, so I hope to explore more of it when I have more time at home!

Do you have a nutritionist? You really should consult a professional. Can you eat rice? Celiacs can eat other grains sometimes. Do gluten free grains bother you? Some do me, but I eat rice no problem. Just make sure it does not have additives, like flavored stuff.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

Anyone experimented with Taurine supplementation either via electrolyte powders or otherwise? Thanks

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
