First I feel fine but I had gluten 2 days ago, is it likely to affect me?

I am basically doing an hour of interval in the morning, sprint stop etc

then 13 hrs at the end of the day an hour of weights

All I can think of is gluten has stuffed up absorption and I'll be sorer.

I have excercised before but I have been lazy lately and got unfit

Not sure. I do know that I cannot count on being able to schedule to rigidly as I have to respond to how my body is doing that particular day. I overdid the physical work yesterday and today was supposed to be a workout day. I will see how things are later on. I have to be careful with any exercise within two hours of eating with the whole leaky gut as it mimics glutening when I exercise too close to food intake. I don't notice any more soreness when doing heavy lifting. What I do note is that if I am not absorbing nutrients or eating enough protein I do not go into recovery phase very quickly and will feel weaker than normal for an extra day. If I eat right and rest well I will feel stronger within a day or two.. Like I used to way back when.

Joint pain is a symptom of celiac. I have found that excercise makes me feel better. I have kept at it for a few months now and I am finally beginning to feel good. My posture was horrbile and my muscle was mush. i am now gaining muscle back and standing taller. I do a lot of walking, i like to run at least once or twice a week. i weight train and do ab work. i also jump rope. don't give up.

Thank you that’s really helpful, hopeful won’t have to have a biopsy.

That means the normal range (i.e. not celiac disease) would be a result less than 14.99.  Your result is WAY above that. Some gastroenterologists would diagnose that as celiac disease even without a confirming biopsy because it is more than ten times the top of the normal range.

Hi everyone. Back in 2022 I had blood work drawn for iga ext gliadin. Since then I’ve developed worse stomach issues and all other health issues. My doctor just said cut out gluten. He did no further testing. Please see my test results attached. I just need some direction cause I feel so ill and the stomach pain is becoming worse. Can this test show indications for other gastrointestinal diseases?

Thank you. These were the results TTG ABS NUMERICAL: > 250.0 U/mL [< 14.99]  Really don’t understand the results!

Clearly from what you've said the info on Dailymed is much more up to date than the other site, which hasn't been updated since 2017. The fact that some companies might be repackaging drugs does not mean the info on the ingredients is not correct.
