And still have a lot of issues with fats. They seem to just sit in my stomach for way too long. Is this normal? Should I start looking at other potential issues for why I don't digest fats well? Or do I just need to be more patient? Thanks

I seem to recall from other posts that you take lipase to help with fat digestion. I would suggest taking the full range of digestive enzymes to make sure that no other enzymes are deficient. As for five months, that is not long. My pancreas was still not producing the right amount of enzymes 9 months after I quit gluten. Healing and getting everything back in balance is a long process and I think you should just be patient and help your digestive system as much as you can. As long as all other nutrient levels are up to scratch I think you just need more time.

I totally agree!! Take the ezymes! They really help. Make sure you take them with every meal.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
