Does anyone know if Dior makeup is gluten free?

Anyone heard anything about whether or not Lorac is?

On another note, what are your favorite makeup brands or specific products??

I don't know about Dior or Lorac (grad student, can't afford it if the drug store doesn't have it) but I LOVE Neutrogena MoistureShine lip gloss. It's got SPF 20 (I live in FL), it lasts forever (I picked it up instead of regular chapstick accidentally when I left for the gym this morning, and 2 sweaty hours later, it was still there), and it looks pretty. Also, I e-mailed Neutrogena and they said it's gluten-free. (I don't have any financial stake in Neutrogena, nor does anyone I know.)

I use Dior lipsticks and some mascaras. I read the labels. Some mascara formulas have wheat protein in them of many brands.

My favorites are Benefit products, especially the Bad Gal eyeliner and Mr. Frosty highlighter stick (on the inner corner of the eyes and under the brow bone and a little on top of undereye concealer to bounce light off the dark areas.

Dior lipstick is my favorite.

Mac gel eyeliner you apply with a brush to the inner eye is my favorite for nighttime.

My fav mascara is Cover Girl mascara in the pink and green container, but must be careful to choose the kind with shellac and not wheat protein as a thickener.

My fav is Clinique Skin Care, although I've seen wheat in their mascaras and some products.

I just read all labels of everything, especially in case the company changes the formula.

I use Lancome eyeshadows and random products. I love their sunless face tanning lotion (I never purposely tan my face, so I use this and bronzer powder to match my body's tan.)

I use Two Faced eyeshadows and other random products for fun eyeshadows and stuff.

I use some drugstore brands of bronzer powder like Physician's Formula and Almay eyeshadows and blush.

I do not use foundation.

My favorite new eyeshadow is a whole 6 kit I got at the 99Cent store by Tropez.

I'm not into that Bare Minerals gimmick.

"Conclusions: The urinary iodine level was significantly lower in women with postmenopausal osteoporosis, and iodine replacement may be important in preventing osteoporosis"  Body iodine status in women with postmenopausal osteoporosis Low iodine can cause thyroid problems, but Iodine deficiency will not show up in thyroid tests.  Iodine is important for healing, its job is to kill off defective and aging cells (Apoptosis). Skin, brain fog, nails, muscle tone all inproved when I started taking 600 mcg (RDA 150 - 1000 mcg) of Liquid Iodine drops. Some with dermatitis herpetiformis, Iodine exacerbates the rash.  I started at 1 drop (50 mcg) and worked up to 12 drops, but I don't have dermatitis herpetiformis.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and I found myself giggling with happiness as I read how your body reached such spring! And I hope that your current journey is also successful!! Definitely starting the food diary! So many amazing advices. And it’s very scary. It really hits all our soft spots as well as our confidence system. Most doctors I went thought I was underage despite being in my late 20s. Right now I look like am I twelve, but is also this body that’s taking so much, so I might as well love it too! Going to make the necessary changes and stay in this path. Thank you again! 🫶

Thank you so much for the information and kind message! Reading this transformed how I’ve been viewing my efforts and progress. Guess there’s still a lot to celebrate and also heal 😌  Yes, I’ve been taking it! Just recently started taking a multivitamin supplement and separated vitamin D! I also took chewable Iron polymaltose for ferritin deficiency 2 months ago but was unable to absorb any of it.  Thank you again! Hearing such gentle words from the community makes my body and heart more patient and excited for the future.
