Just curious: are the managers and/or servers trained to people with diet sensistivities?

Is Ruby Tuesday as good about the cross contamination as Outback Steakhouse or Charlie Brown's?

Thanks-I printed it out and put it in my gluten-free notebook I keep in my trunk. I know that's an anal thing to do-but it has saved me more than once!

At least this is a step in the right direction. I'd love to know why they say no ketchup or mayo. Do they add gluten or is it because of the vinegar thing? If vinegar, then they're several years behind the times on that one.

      Shingles - Could It Be Related to Gluten/ Celiac

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.

      Oats naturally contain a protein called avenin, which is similar to the gluten proteins found in wheat, barley, and rye. While avenin is generally considered safe for most people with celiac disease, some individuals, around 5-10% of celiacs, may also have sensitivity to avenin, leading to symptoms similar to gluten exposure. You may fall into this category, and eliminating them is the best way to figure this out. Some people substitute gluten-free quinoa flakes for oats if they want a hot cereal substitute.
