What is everyones favorite bread? Pre-made. I have tried rice flour bread - YUCK - it got thrown out. I would like a moister bread. What about a bread with potato flour?

Kinnikinnick bread is good...they have muffins, donuts, etc.

Foods by George had plain and cinnamon english muffins that are delicious

Cybros has rice rolls which we broil and make little pizza bites out of.

I also strongly dislike rice bread--too dry...I like the Ener-G tapioca loaf.

I really like Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Bread Mix. Sometimes I have some problems with getting it to work out right, but when it does- it's just delicious. I called them to get some coupons and told them about the problems I was having and they sent me replacments for FREE!! So, I recommend giving it a shot. I've also tried the Ener-G Foods bread and hated it!

I know you said you want a moister bread, but try toasting gluten-free bread. It's makes it a lot more palitable. Other than that straight out of the oven is the best. Have you tried Chebe bread mixes yet? It is a lot denser, egg type bread.

the only gluten-free bread I will eat is Manna by Anna, you have to make it and I do it right in my old bread machine, my mom just uses a loaf pan in the oven. It looks and tastes like wheat bread, its fantastic.

Thank you.. Christina My anxiety is through the roof.  I think it was from eggs.  I really don't know because my eyes feel sore. Like I'm allergic to them.  I was defient in B12.   My heart is pounding and it won't stop.  Not sure what to do.   I don't have much support other than this forum.    Colleen

Thanks rmj when I first rang up it was we can't do it without , but I talked to a lovely lady and she sorted it all out for me, so it pays to be persistent , I would have had to decline if I hadn't been given the water option too , so yes I'm glad too 😌

I’m so glad they listened to your concerns!  I hope you get some answers from the MRI.

Had my MRI today I didn't have to have the manitol with my allergy's , I just had a litre of water , they were great with my concerns , so let's see if anything comes of if will keep posted once I have results 👍

Thank you ,it’s been a long road for me for having both now ,what upsets the most is that if they discovered that I also have cealiac earlier I would not have injested gluten if I was aware. Double whammy.
