unsure.gif IS MODIFIED CORN STARCH SAFE?????????

Yup! No gluten there. Corn gluten is also gluten free. If an ingredient just lists "starch", wheat must be listed if it's derived by wheat as in "starch (wheat)". I believe it to be rare for barley, rye or malt to be involved in a starch.

Simple answer is YES!

Yes, without any doubt. Corn is gluten-free, and ingredients derived from it are gluten-free.
