Would You Trust This Nutritional Info?

I used to love the Chopped BBQ Chicken salad and haven't had it since my diagnosis. They list all of their ingredients on their website and also list the allergans at the end. It lists milk, egg, and soy as allergans, all of which are fine for me. My issue is the ingredient list contains soy sauce which they don't break down into it's ingredients. It seems pretty unlikely to me that it would be a gluten free soy sauce. But they don't list wheat on the allergan listing. Would you trust it? Has anyone tried it and reacted or not?

Nope, I wouldn't. But call and ask them what brand of soy sauce they use. That will tell you quick whether or not you can have it.
