Primal Defense Probiotic gluten-free?

Hi everyone,

Is Primal Defense gluten free? It says gluten free on the bottle but also says "Barley Grass"??? I know it has been talked about before on here, so just wondering what the outcome was. Anyone take it? Any advice on probiotics, I have never taken them before??

My bloodwork is all really, really good!! But my intestines are still scalloped (year and a half later). I feel good when I ONLY eat at home but on the occassion I go out (to gluten free places) I tend to get nauseous for days. Also having constipation problems.

THanks for any advice in advance, hope everyone is well :-)

Barley Grass? I'd run.

I take Renew Life Flora Smart. Love it. Do you have a Super Supplement near you? That is where I get it! :)

Good luck!

There is supposedly no gluten in barley grass, but how do you know it didn't get any from the seeds? I wouldn't trust it. I've taken FermPlus and liked it. Lately my grocery store started getting Yakult so I'm trying that.

Good luck Skylark!! :)

Thanks. :) The Yakult tastes pretty good at least. I had to take an antibiotic for bronchitis and I always need a good probiotic after to get back to feeling completely well. I try to avoid antibiotics but I really, really needed one this time around.

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
