Sounds promising. We'll see what develops.

Hope your feeling better today, Kaki!

Why does everyone think WE need fixing, and not the US wheat-heavy diet? Don't give me a drug or shots. I'm perfectly fine. Just get the gluten out of everyone's food!

Very unrealistic but I agree that the American diet is way too heavy on refined carbohydrates. I am in medicine and see soooo many type 2 diabetics which is largly a disease of lifestyle. When you question them about what they eat, it is bread, pastry , bagels for breakfast, sandwiches, chips, fries for lunch and pastas, more bread etc. for dinner. Celiac or not. No one needs that many carbs in one day. When the Atkins and South Beach Diets were popular it was so easy not to feel strange in restaurants asking for the burger, no bun and side salald instead of fries. Everyone was doing it. One of my easiest lunches is greens with grape tomatoes and a scoop of chicken salad. Minimal carbs and a good way to keep weight down.

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
