Against The Grain Pizza Crust

I have not posted here in a while --- been busy with life :D

Anyway--- to my great surprise my grocery store had Against the Grain Pizza crusts on sale ---

I had never seen that product there before ---- I bought some and they are in my freezer.

Since my attempts at making my own pizza crusts were pitiful and I don't like the frozen ones I have tried thus far ----

Those of you who have tried these crusts-- did you like it ? Any special tips about preparation, etc. ???

I have not seen those around here. I have been using Udi's and they are OK, but I'm open to a better option. Where in Mississippi are you? I'm in Jackson.

I'm from Mississippi -- Lumberton, south of Hattiesburg- but I have lived in Florida now for about 18 years. I miss Mississippi--- : )

I love Against the Grain but have yet to master the pizza crust. I suggest cooking it a bit longer than recommended to get additional crunch. I typically put the plain crust in with some olive oil on top for about 8 minutes then put my toppings on and keep it in for 12 and then judge it from there!

      They may want to also eliminate other possible causes for your symptoms/issues and are doing additional tests.  Here is info about blood tests for celiac disease--if positive an endoscopy where biopsies of your intestinal villi are taken to confirm is the typical follow up.

      In the Europe the new protocol for making a celiac disease diagnosis in children is if their tTg-IgA (tissue transglutaminase IgA) levels are 10 times or above the positive level for celiac disease--and you are above that level. According to the latest research, if the blood test results are at certain high levels that range between 5-10 times the reference range for a positive celiac disease diagnosis, it may not be necessary to confirm the results using an endoscopy/biopsy: Blood Test Alone Can Diagnose Celiac Disease in Most Children and Adults TGA-IgA at or Above Five Times Normal Limit in Kids Indicates Celiac Disease in Nearly All Cases No More Biopsies to Diagnose Celiac Disease in Children! May I ask why you've had so many past tTg-IgA tests done, and many of them seem to have been done 3 times during short time intervals?

      This may sound ridiculous but is this supposed to say Celiacs? I looked up Coeliacs because you never know, there’s a lot of diseases related to a disease that they come up with similar names for. It’s probably meant to say Celiacs but I just wanted to confirm.

      I was told it was to see how much damage has been caused. But just told CT with contrast not any other name for it.
