All the bbq sauce we have in the house has tomatos in it and there's a snow balls chance in hell that i'll be able to go to the store today.

Sooo ideas?

I was thinking of doing a honey/cinnimon mix like i do for baked ham, but other ideas are welcome.

NC BBQ sauce uses vinegar, if you can have that, and as Andy Griffith says, it is goooooud! I don't have one typed up, but I'll bet you can surf and find one. Here are a few that I found:

I was going to suggest the same thing as freeatlast. Here's a really simple vinegar based recipe:

Olive oil, apple cider vinegar, molasses, some sort of fruit mash like applesauce, plums, peaches, mangos, salt and some sort of heat spice like hot pepper sauce or hot chile flakes. Maybe some other spices like used in an Indian curry sauce.

Rosemary, grainy or dijon mustard and olive oil is really good with a little S&P, garlic if you wish. Use some for a marinade and some to baste while you grill.

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
