at Big Lots! I was just in the store to browse around and found a large display of Bob's Red Mill products, both gluten free and regular at very discounted prices. Perhaps they are in a Big Lots near you...sounds like an ad, doesn't it? :)

Yeah I seen that at big lots here to a couple days ago. They also are selling gluten-free pasta.

"My" Big Lots has the mixes, DeBoles gluten-free noodles at $1 box and Oriental rice noodle soups in a microwave bowl. It's nice to find these items at a discount. :D

Found the Bob's Red Mill baking mixes today at the Big Lots in Kansas City. The gluten-free cornbread mix was *cheaper* than the regular stuff, AND in a bigger package--score!!!

It sounds like you have a very reasonable GI doctor, who diagnosed you based on family history and symptoms after eating gluten. I would consider you lucky! The other option would be to make yourself very sick by doing weeks of a gluten challenge prior to an endoscopy.

Hi Colleen H,   I suffered with the pins and needles/burning feeling in my legs and feet for at least  6 years until my Nephrologist figured out that I had to go on a low salt diet.  He said my kidneys weren't strong enough to remove the salt.  The simple fix was a diuretic, but that med leaves the uric acid behind, so that wasn't an option.  On the bright side the low salt diet lowered my BP over 20 points and and the pins and needles/burning feeling went away.  Good Luck and hope this helps.

Yes this is very frustrating for me ... not sure what to think.  Feels like I'm having reactions to a lot of things  Now applesauce?? I don't understand 😞

I did ... But aren't we going to be vitamin deficienct if we are not eating due to being sick ?? If the food we eat is gluten free and we have other sensitivities , how do we get out of the cycle??  Thank you

Anyone else get pins and needles. ??? Burning feeling ? Heat makes it so much worse 😔  Winter is here.  I had to lower my thermostat because I couldn't take that hot air feeling 😔  Hopefully it goes away soon
