I'm not sure what is safe this year so until I find out it's up in the laundry room... My son is not amused lol.

Is there a list of safe mini sized candy? I know people had previously had problems with fun sized snickers.

Thanks for the help!

I know people had previously had problems with fun sized snickers.

...That would explain a few things.

There was at least one thread on this topic in the hmmmm, Products forum I think. I know I posted a couple links to sites I found there...

Thank you! I'll look for it today, I handed him peanut M&M's since I knew they were ok... Everything else is quarantined,.

You can just type in gluten free candy in the search engine on the computer I have found that most candy is gluten free but it never hurts to double check. there is also an article on gluten free candy in the last issue of Living Without magizine you should be able to pull that up on line as well if you don't have the magizine.

Not only is a a large majority of candy gluten-free, but you know that wheat has to be listed and in stuff like candy, malt made from barley is pretty much always listed. And somewhere out there, there's a huge list.

BTW, we've done other articles on this topic that I wanted to share here (not to condone smoking!):

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

This is an older article, but may be helpful.

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
