The latest issue of the Spilling The Beans newsletter from the Insitute for Responsible Technology is available here: Open Original Shared Link

It contains interesting information on Bt modified corn, GMO salmon, and lots of other things you will probably wish you didn't know about. I found out that a brand of chicken I sometimes buy in New Zealand which advertises itself as GMO free is fed GMO soy - they have been made to stop saying they are GMO free :P They must import the feed because they are not allowed to grow it here.

      Can You Really Trust Gluten-Free Menus? What Every Celiac Needs to Know Before Eating Out

      Sorry, the question is if there is any insight as weather there would actually be gluten from the beer that would be in or on the chicken after cooking. We know alcohol evaporates off during cooking. My guess is the gluten would remain on the chicken skin, as gluten is not alcohol-soluble.

      I agree with @trents, could be worth having another scope. Oddly enough I'm in the same boat except my current odd sensation is near my appendix, I think I'll request a colonoscopy for peace of mind.

      Yes, take this up with your GI doc during the next visit. It might be a good idea to get an upper GI scoping done if you haven't had one done since diagnosis.
