My 17 month old daughter has been diagnosed and gluten free for 23 days. Last night she slept through for the first time ever! She had previously been waking up screaming and crying every 3 hours. Sometimes I get overwhelmed and depressed, but looking at her and all the improvements makes all the labeling reading worth it! I am so amazed that a change in diet can make ALL the difference. She has even gained 1 pound! Most parents think that is nothing but for us with kids who only seemed to lose weight before.... Its a miricale.

      I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
