Gluten-Free Breakfast Options: Dunkin' Donuts vs. Starbucks (+Video)
This is so helpful! Starbucks egg bites have been a go to for me for a while. If the staff can swap out the tongs for a fresh set then I will order them. Overall the staff has been very savvy and attentive with that ask. I mostly cook my own food but I do travel a lot so these tips on where I can get celiac safe food on the road are fantastic!- breakfast

The Ultimate Celiac Disease Travel Guide: How to Stay Gluten-Free on Vacation (+Video)
I just returned from a 2 week trip to England. While I was nervous about traveling out of country, they were very accommodating and I even got many of my meals before others did. Their gluten-free bread was often way better than ours here in the States. I didn't get sick at all on the trip!!!- gluten-free
