Vomit

Hello,

I've yo-yoed on the diet since being diagnosed a few months ago. (I know...bad...but I'm working really hard at staying gluten-free and am on a really good streak...I'm well aware of the consequences and feel much better when gluten-free, DF).

I hadn't vomitted in years, but now when I do eat gluten after a long gluten-free period, I end up vomitting. The last time I threw up was on my birthday and the vomit was clear buuuurrrrrrrrrrrrrnnnnning liquid. Anyone know why this may happen and what the burning is all about? It was really bad....burned my nose, eyes, mouth....and felt awful.

Skar

I guess the burning liquid could be stomach acid. If you hadn't eaten right before throwing up and your stomach was empty it could be clear.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
