I recently purchased Simple Mills crunchy almond flour chocolate chip cookies and chocolate chocolate chip cookies and had reactions to both. I learned of my gluten sensitivity 3 1/2 months ago and struggled with finding gluten-free foods but, with my husbands help, I have felt better than I have in many years. I agree with Trents' reply. In addition ... Your post does not say what you did with your child's diet after the blood test and prior to the endoscopy. Usually the Dr advises a "gluten challenge" prior to the test so that the inflammation is more pronounced and easier to see. On the other hand, if they didn't mention this, you may have reasonably restricted... -

Great article! Important in itself. I do recognize my overall sensitivity to food. It may possibly explain why I prefer to cook when past experience with cooks who may just be a little less hygenic, but do watch glutens have caused stomach upsets.- bacteria
