Elderberries and mold? Autumn, you're the first person who ever said mold was in berries...You must be thinking of strawberries. They do get moldy but that's the only berry I've noticed that does that. The reading, I've done about mold said only to avoid peanuts, cheese, mushrooms, stuff that grows under the ground, not over it. How can berries, drenched... -

As one who used to be skinny... I recommend peanut butter 2 -4 tablespoons daily, at least twice a day. That would be heaven for me. I love it. That and munch on trail mix with nuts all the time. Nuts and peanuts will definately put weight on you. And don't forget the carbs. -

Good job on the weight loss. Your plan however is way too expensive and impractical. I want real food not shakes. -

I buy alot of chicken, turkey and hamburger meat. ALOT of hamburger meat. It's cheap and makes different meals. Also tofu is cheap and is low carb. -
I've been taking melatonin 1 mg every night because I read that it helps with sleep problems and I just read here that it's not recommended for celiacs. I searched and Wikipedia said the same thing! Cripe. I was getting benefits from it! I also use the Go Light from Apollo for SAD and that helps also.

If you follow the Carbohydrate Addict's Diet, you can have your potatoes at dinner time and not have to give them up and still be on a low carb diet. -
I'm following low carb. Carbohydrate Addict's Diet. It's great because you can eat whatever you want once a day. You follow low carb for breakfast and lunch and then eat whatever you want for dinner. You have one hour to complete your meal. You must start out with 2 cups of salad, low carb vegie and protein though. The idea is that you trick your body...

Ok. That sounds fine, in theory, but how does the bread get kneaded the second time if you've pulled out the paddle.....that does the kneading? I can see trying to pull it out right before it goes to bake cycle but not while it's kneading...unless it doesn't matter with un-glutened bread? I might be still thinking in gluten terms. -

Every time in the last couple of years I've had my thyroid checked and the doctor said it was "normal" I tried adding some iodine and I felt good for a couple of days then I'd get a migraine from it. So you're saying I need to see an endocrinologist then? I've read that some people had a hard time with amour and the docotors couldn't regulate the proper... -

You did it right. You don't remove the paddle until after the bread is baked. The bread will fall if you try to manipulate it before it's baked. You have to remove it carefully after the bread cools. All bread machine breads have a hole in them from the paddle. -
