Lucky you! I can't believe how sensitive I seem to be. Tiny, tiny amounts. Is this that Potato drink? Open Original Shared Link Looks promising. I'll have to order some I think. I have to get mine online too. Would you recommend I get their mixer/pitcher too? -

Oh I remember! I just bought that one the other day. I haven't tried it yet though. Love Enjoy Life's stuff. I wish their trail mix would be apple free though. I wrote them and asked if they could make it apple free.. Probably will not happen though. -

The Pacific Rice Milk has Guar Gum in it, which is a Legume. It took a while for me to figure out why my stomach didn't like that one. Ingredients FILTERED WATER, BROWN RICE, EXPELLER PRESSED CANOLA OIL, TRICALCIUM PHOSPHATE, NATURAL FLAVOR, SEA SALT, GUAR GUM, XANTHAN GUM, CARRAGEENAN, CAROB BEAN GUM, VITAMIN A PALMITATE, VITAMIN D2. So I am... -

I can't do Almond milk. The Rice milks I have seen have legume in them...so I need to make my own. Some how. (I wish I was more of a baker..) Then maybe I can use my homemade rice milk with that Jello. I have never had Jello actually. Ever. Can you tell I am not from around here? (From Sweden, married an Alaskan 8 years ago) Need some type of Vanilla... -
I am sorry you feel down. I felt that way on my birthday in February too, so I know what you mean. My husband made a good dinner so that made up for it some. I always used to like ice creme better than cake too so that would be a good idea if you like and can have it. I wish I could have ice creme.. Have you seen this brand? Open Original Shared...

Oh okay. When I looked at it here it said hormone free. I must have missed that they can come with Progesterone too. Thanks for pointing that out. I am going back to the doctor tomorrow. We'll see what happens then. -

Can't do peanuts (legumes) and I do like fruits, but I am allergic to most of them. Strawberries and apples are both out for me. I eat lots of bananas and melons (different kinds) and I also love raspberries. I guess I could try dipping them in chocolate (if I can finally find that soy free one). Dipping banana would be good too. I am all for healthy... -

I had to go off the lactose free ones too because of Migraines with Aura. If you have them in your medical history you aren't supposed to eat BCP (might work with POP). My migraines got much worse on top of things. I did some reaserch online about Lactose Monohydrate. When they make it they remove the Casein but usually traces are left in it and the... -
I have a lot of allergies (se sig. line) along with legume, casein and gluten intolerance and I haven't been able to find any snacks to eat besides Enjoy Life's Very Berry Bar and granola. My husband is feeling all the boxes of Very Berry bars I go though in a week is heavy on our economy so I am trying to find something else. I do eat fruits and veggies...

Well, I had to go off the BCP's. The midwife never mentioned or asked anything about migraines when she gave me the pills and I had no idea that if you have migraines with Aura one isn't supposed to be on BCP's at all. At least not the combination ones with estrogen. I ended up getting much more migraines and had 4 (!!) last weekend. My husband read about... -
ARCHIVED Looking For A Clarifying Shampoo
Yenni replied to Yenni's topic in Gluten-Free Foods, Products, Shopping & Medications
I have tried Apple Cider Vinager and it works some, but not enough (we have really hard water!). I also have a problem with the smell. For some reason it stays in my hair several days even if I shampoo. Very strange. Thanks for the suggestion though. -

ARCHIVED Looking For A Clarifying Shampoo
Yenni posted a topic in Gluten-Free Foods, Products, Shopping & Medications
I haven't been able to find a clarifying shampoo that is gluten and legume free. We have hard water so I need to use a clarifying shampoo like every other week or at least once a month to remove minerals otherwise my hair feels hard and acts weird. Does anyone know of one? I have looked for a long time for one but haven't been able to find any. Thanks... -

I have been taking mine at night and with food. I felt so sick, but I am pretty sure it is from the Lactose Monohydate in them. I took the Dairy free one today during the middle of the day and felt nothing. I have to take two today because I took none yesterday so I am taking the other one tonight. I am gonna keep taking them at night and with food like that... -

It has been crazy to get to the proper mediacation. We called so many places and nobody wanted to help or knew anything. Today I finally got a hold of someone at the OBG office that could prescribe the Demulen for me and when I go to the pharmacy they give me the generic one instead (and that isn't Lactose Mono... free). My record there at the pharmacy... -
ARCHIVED So Jerry Is Very Frustrated....
Yenni replied to JerryK's topic in Coping with Celiac Disease
I live in a household where gluten stuff is almost always on the kitchen Island to tempt me. It is rare that there isn't cookies, bread or cake there. It is very difficult to deal with, but I get really sick when I eat the stuff that I have never eaten any. I do feel people should show some more understanding though, remove it, take it out of sight, preferably... -

It looks like Demulen is gluten, soy and casein/lactose free. I thought I'd post it if anyone else ever end up with this problem. It does contain corn. BUT, the placebo contains lactose, but has no active ingredients so could just get tossed. So the active ingredient pills are free. -
That was fun! Sofisticat Escape Artist New Wave Puritan Love Bug Not sure whet it is actually saying about me though.. I don't agree on the sofisticat.

I am not going on the pills for the fibroid really. It is because my body does create the eggs, but isn't letting go of them, so I have a bunch collected in there. She said it is the estrogen that is low aparently. I hear so many things from everywhere on what to do so I am all confused on what to do. I do feel I should get on the pill for a while to hopefully...
