    Bauman College in Berkeley, CA has a program where you can learn to be a natural foods chef - Many of their grads go on to become personal chefs or specialty chefs for ppl with special diets.     Many of COstco's Kirkland brand vitamins are gluten-free (in addition to cheap!) They all say so clearly on the side of the bottle. Not sure if they have a multi, but I bet they do!

    Are Ritter Sport chocolate bars gluten-free? They are from Europe and I know Europe has higher standards for keeping things from being cross contaminated but I'm still nervous. Also, one of the ingredients in the Ritter Sport dark chocolate bar I just bought is Vanillin. Is that gluten-free?

    I was so devestated to see that Annie's Goddess Dressing has soy sauce (gluten) in it. Fortunately I found a nearly identical salad dressing from a different company that doesn't have gluten.     This is all very helpful. I wish my doctor was more accessible. Meanwhile, I"m refusing to stress out. I'm getting my blood test on Saturday, I will have been gluten-free for 2 months then with a 2-day gluten-binge a week ago. I also just sent away for the Enterolab tests. So answers will come within the next few weeks, whether or not they are the answers...

    Hi donna! Nice to meet you. Where do you live? I"m in Oakland. So I just got an e-mail from Cafe Gratitude (Berkeley/SF)... They are indeed ENTIRELY gluten-free, wheat-free and milk-product-free! I'm so excited. Tomorrow's my birthday and I think I'll treat myself to one of their yummy deserts.
