    Beverage.........Bob's Red Mill Oats are really safe oats. I do not have any trouble with certified gluten-free oats and I have never had any trouble with Bob's.     The reason some have much higher antibody levels usually means they have gone longer with undiagnosed Celiac and they have more intestinal damage.
