    Hang in there! I got sick very easily at first. I had to eliminate dairy, soy and then eventually all legumes (including my beloved peanut butter) at first.     If you have been gluten-free for a month and are feeling that much better, I would not eat gluten for another month or so and see if any of your symptoms return. If they do, then you'll know something else, which may or may not be celiac or gluten-related, COULD be wrong. Have you had a regular check up with blood work lately? I know you don't have health...

    I have no idea why but green tea always makes me sick (nausea and vomiting). I can drink all other teas- white, black, gluten-free flavored but green tea gets me every time.

    There is a correlation between gall bladder and celiac. I found out I had gallstones at the same time I found out I had celiac. I chose to have my gall bladder out in case of pregnancy (emergency gall bladder surgery when pregnant is NOT good). It didn't solve all my problems but what does? I can say, as my only surgery, I had no problems or complications...

    If he feels better on it, no one has ever gotten sick from going gluten-free- the reverse is not true. It would make it easier on you too- less cross-contamination!

    I've had several GREAT safe dinners at Cedar's Steakhouse at Foxwoods. They understand gluten-free and are very accommodating. It's not cheap- about $20 per entree but well worth it. I go once a year with my dad and sister and the last time I was there we stayed in Pequot Towers and I even got an omelette from room service and they too understood gluten...

    So glad the WEEZ is OK! The Fates must leave our fuzzy babies alone- all our kitties and puppies and hedgehogs and tiger pigs! Even the Yeti! I think we need a pet update.     There are lots of good ones out there, but I love the Giovanni too! You have to read the labels on all Burt's Bees products as some contain gluten and some don't. I believe Garnier will list gluten. I use a lot of Neutrogena and L'Oreal shampoos and conditioners and they too will clearly list gluten. I love the L'Oreal EverPure no sulfates conditioner...
