    Thanks Carla- I wish we had a Kroger's. I hear everyone talk about them but we don't have them. I guess I could just add more veggies and meat!!!!!!! maybe different kinds of meat....hmmm beef and chicken chili, extra cheese chili, zucchini chili, corn chili.

    OMG so true! I want to be Penelope Cruz or Selma Hayek in my next life.......they are both beautiful and full of mojo. One year for halloween my husband and I went as Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera....I made a pretty darn good Frida once I drew in the uni-brow.     I'm glad they advise using medical tape as I can attest- DUCT TAPE HURTS! Did it one year for a Bridesmaid of Frankenstein outfit, came home cosmo'd and had to take it off. Owwwwww-chhhh! At least I was a little number than usual!

    If your bloodwork said positive, consider yourself gluten intolerant. A false positive is rare and a false negative is common. I had "borderline" positive bloodwork, my biopsy showed NO damage and I was so sick I looked like a skeleton. Went gluten-free and gained the weight back and am much healthier.
