    I use this recipe too-- I do keep the water from the can in reserve and use that instead of tap water. Also use more garlic and someitmes lime instead of lemon depending whats on the trees outside. This is a great base to experiment with by adding some tomato, artichoke heart event he baby corn sometimes which is my grad daughters favorite. ken

    I had the dry heaves every morning for 6 months until they figured out the celiac. After going totally gluten-free I was fine. If there is an accident now (NEVER intentional) , I feel it but dont throw up anymore.

    Thanks much Patty, Had a bunch of tests yesterday and should have results next week. At least thy didnt send me right to the ER. Prior to 2004 when I first got sick with what I later learned was celiac, I had never even caught a cold. Must be making up for all that now. thanks again
