  3. I use this recipe too-- I do keep the water from the can in reserve and use that instead of tap water. Also use more garlic and someitmes lime instead of lemon depending whats on the trees outside.   6. I had the dry heaves every morning for 6 months until they figured out the celiac. After going totally gluten-free I was fine. If there is an accident now (NEVER intentional) , I feel it but dont throw up anymore.
