    Thank you!! He is such a brat! ha I found him under my porch and bottle fed him because his "birth mom" abandoned him Two years later he is just as bratty as when I found him! ha He makes me laugh.........yesterday he was quite upset because he didn't get breakfast (his food was one of the recalled foods). I had to run out and buy new food!! -Jessica

    Here is the Frito-Lay gluten-free list. It was last updated in December, so if these are NEW, they might not show up on the list. You would probably need to call. The 1-800 number is at the bottom of the list

    Make some gluten free pantry chocolate truffle brownies, e-mail her back and say you already have the brownies covered. Tell her not to worry about bringing anything. Or don't give her the option to "choose" what to bring.......say Please bring ________(veggie tray,lays chips). Don't give her choices that will end up driving you nuts! Make it easier on yourself...

    Peanutbutter (make pb cookies 1c pb, 1cup brown sugar, 1 cup chocolate chips 1 egg and 1 tsp baking soda bake 350 for 10-12 min).     Wilton is VERY good about letting you know what has gluten in it. Figure out what you would like to use, and call Wilton. They are GREAT about disclosing information. -Jessica

    I read that article today also. I thought that it was poorly written and researched for such a large magazine. Pretty sad that the author HAS celiac.......doesn't even know the damage she is causing herself by picking the breading off and such. Geesh!!! Just makes more work for those folks like us to re-educate the people who read bad articles like that!...
