  1. I was busting a gut when she said that lol.........I missed the part where they looked it up and decided on the canola bean......had to get to the dr lol Too funny.......they should have her on everyday and I actually might watch that show ha This chick is like the gluten free Rachel Ray........she needs her own cooking show. Somebody call Oprah to...
  2. I got to watch part of the segment. I saw them mixing up the brownie cuppeycake things. I was cracking up watching martha stumble to pronounce some of the words (xantham gum, celiac (silly yak)) just made me laugh. The girl from the bakery was funny. Very bubbley and I think she really did a good presentation. She kept it "not too serious" and showed...
  3. You are all comming up with some GREAT craving foods............nice! I had to cave in and go buy my rice pudding to go with my peanutbutter chocolate chip cookies. I'm home sick today I had to go buy 7-up so I figured why not lol Nothing else sounds good to eat anyways.........darn sinus infections. On the subject of little smokies and the...
  4. I'm not one who doubts Kraft. I did e-mail them, to which I recieved the statement that we have all come to know and love (ok not ALL ) I'll post the e-mail I got from them. For those of us who do not doubt the company, just reinforces what we already knew. For the doubters, guess they had better make some phone calls. -Jessica
  5. Veal is meat from baby cows. Beef.
  6. I was trying to figure that out myself (sick at home today and might actually get to watch it). If you find out let me know I'll see if I can fit it in between naps ha -Jessica
  7. Ditto, I am trying to get her to open up a gluten-free IHOP (International House of Pancakes) and serve that. Looks like what they call their rooty tooty fresh and fruity waffles MMMMMM
  8. Just curious what other folks are craving. Right now I could sure go for some Kozy Shack old fashioned rice pudding and peanut butter chocolate chip cookies to dip in it. (all gluten-free of course)MMMMMMmmmm
  9. Awesome!! Thanks for posting! Just looked and here is the "blurb" about tomorrow's show. -Jessica
  10. I think that if members put 1/2 as much time into REAL threads as they do into gab/chat threads we would really see a difference in the board. Much of our time is spent gabbing and not spent really helping people. The gab/chat threads also create that clique feeling that Susan had brought up in a previous thread. Just my 2 cents -Jessica
  11. It is SO good.........spoonworthy (eating it directly with a spoon, no dippers needed). It also makes a great icecream topping. Now I am craving it.....lol -Jessica
  12. The jelly doughnut recipe intrigues me -Jessica
  13. I would definately let them know that you didn't recieve a gluten free meal. It will help them to better prepare in the future (for others and for you if you wish to return). Do it in a polite manner. Maybe even call so that you are actually getting to talk to someone. Make a list of things you want to get said before you call though. Don't let...
  14. You need to start a gluten free IHOP (International House of Pancakes) Your avatar looks like the waffles they are always advertising on their commercials mmmmmmm Rootie Fresh and Fruity breakfast.......let me know when you open -Jessica
  15. Nice one.........so true though.....just can't seem to find the time to read anymore.....where in the world did I USED to do all that reading? LOL BATHROOM -Jessica
  16. Just curious how young your little one is (can't remember from your other posts)? Keep in mind that results in young children are often skewed. Don't rule out the posability that they DO have celiac or another food intollerance just because of the results. There are always false negatives, especially in young children. -Jessica
  17. Here is an awesome fondue recipe that is SUPER easy to make. I make mine in the microwave. You could just send this with him and let him dip the fruit and marshmellow into it. It is HEAVEN!!
  18. Isn't it great to have a "normal" meal with your family?!?! Congrats on finding a pasta that you like. I tried several before deciding on Tinkyada for my favorite I had pasta last night too........fettuchini alfredo with chicken MMMM -Jessica
  19. Very insightful Susan.........Very insightful. Smart Smart lady
  20. Glad you got a good laugh -Jessica
  21. Snow days just never get old. Getting the call tonight that we don't have school tomorrow due to weather made me feel like a 7 year old again!! I was giddy that I got another day in my jammies to watch movies. I'm just a big kid Today I watched Beverly Hillbilly DVD's lol -Jessica
  22. Rachel- Now that you are personally blaming ME for the direction of this thread (post # 8). I feel the need to point out to you and your fellow finger pointers that all I did was ask her to check her facts and cleared up mis information. It had nothing to do with any other thread she has going on this board. She posted numerous facts that are untrue....
  23. Just another valid point of heresay isn't the way to go. Please do your research before posting information. Charmin and bounty aren't even made by Kimberly Clark. The things that you have posted thus far are not true. Planters and Crystal light are Kraft companies. They list gluten containing ingredients on the labels. Do you happen to have the name...
