  7. If you are trying to make creme puffs. Analaise Roberts has a Creme puff recipe in her cookbook. I made it once and they were wonderful!! Terribly easy to make also!! -Jessica

  10. This week we are having a pot luck breakfast. I need some ideas as to what to take. I really don't want to use a bunch of expensive flour to make muffins for people who don't need gluten free muffins. I am thinking maybe a crustless quiche? Anyone have a great recipe?   14. Jerri- Your dietician is wrong. They have malt. Malt comes from barley. Barley is not a safe grain on the gluten free diet. There are plenty of other gluten free cereals out there. Please don't risk eating a non-safe one just because you aren't having visible problems. You are still doing damage to your intestines. -Jessica
  15. Kellie- Be SUPER careful with doing things like that. There is flour all over in a pizza place. Also the toppings are at a huge risk for cross contamination. The workers dip into the toppings and then onto the gluteny crust. They could also be contamined with flour that is hanging in the air. If you are going to do that on a regular basis, I would...
  16. I think that the formal thank you was the right move. Another option is to use that gift cert. and take THEM out to eat and use it together.   21. Yep they are gluten free. They are SOOO yummy if you put them ontop of a batch of gluten free pantry's chocolate truffle brownies JUST as they come out of the oven. They melt over the top. Then frost with chocolate frosting.......OMG!!!! Sinful! -Jessica
