Please do the research and find out for yourself before posting 100% sure that products are not gluten free. It creates mass chaos and tons of "clean up duty" for folks.   4. Have you done a sinus wash or a sinus spray as a preventative? Helps wash out that bacteria that likes to stay in and grow in the moist nasal cavity. Just a thought. -Jessica

  14. I have always had a fear of cross contamination by using the packets out of the boxes filled with gluteny pasta. Instead I buy the blue shaker container of the cheese and just put that on my gluten-free pasta. You can find it at places like Wal-Mart near the velveeta or near the popcorn. It is usually sold as a popcorn topping. Kraft Cheese powder. Enjoy...

  16. No they are not the same. Depending on what they are written for, they can sometimes overlap or cover the same items. However most children do not have both. They have one or the other. Here are some definitions.
  17. So today at school one of my Kindergarten boys decides to bring a firecracker to school!!!! We were packing bags to go home and he starts showing his firecracker to his friends.   19. All of the varieties of M &M's are gluten-free except the Crispy in the blue package (not even sure they make it anymore though). Enjoy!! My personal favorites are peanut butter and almond -Jessica
  20. I LOVE those bar cookies.......when I make mine I use pamela's pecan shortbread (like pecan sandies of our gluten filled days). Crumble them up and put in the butter like always. It turns out great!! -Jessica
  21. Tiffany- It's funny that you say that because that's pretty much what I said haha He still was upset Hopefully after a few days he will cool off and have a bit more "respect" of my decision. It wasn't a personal attack against him to NOT eat the food he made. It was a personal decision to keep myself healthy. -Jessica
  22. All of the Classico sauces are gluten-free (Even the white sauces) Mmmmm I use Contadina for my Pizza Sauce Wal-Mart Great Value Brand pizza sauce in the jar is also gluten-free (stated on the label) Enjoy!! -Jessica
