    I think i might be posting this in the wrong section if so please move lol. I need an really good Gluten-free Casein-free cookbook. I have a few gluten-free books but it is hard to convert to cf and sf also. I tried biscuits with almond milk and they flopped. So i was hoping to find an cookbook that will show me what to subsitiute for milk. thanks paula

    Honestly they cant do anything jsut tell u to stay away from gluten. Have you tried probotics to help heal your insides. I am finally going to start looking into them. paula

    I have Dh on my face and it is driving me nuts, i have been gluten free for months and it gets somewhat better then i goluten myself and it comes back full force. I cant do dapsone cause im severly anemic. If it looks like an butterfly rash tho it is lupus. I only have it on one side of my face so it has been confirmed Dh not lupus.     thanks everyone. I had an half way good birthday, besides the fact that i got glutened in the morning and spent the day in bed lol, but being in bed was kinda nice lol. So we are going to celebrate my birthday today when my parents come up and i hope i feel better by then lol paula

    i am not sure if anyone read about my tounge tingling and i think i figured it out. I had been chewing gum with soy in it. I had read that some food allergies cause tounge tingling. So do you think this is what caused this. Cause my tounge was still a little tingling yesterday when i was chewing it, and now today it feels like my old tounge almost 90 percent...

    I think i might have figured it out, a couple of days ago i bit my tounge really hard in my sleep, i wonder if i damaged some of the nerves. That would make so much sense. paula

    Last night while i was getting ready for bed, my tounge started to tingle, only for a few seconds. But it kinda freaked me out. It only happened that one time. I did gluten myself 3 days ago, so could this be an after affect. I did google the tounge and it said thinks like ms or vitamin d, defcient.     yes keep him gluten and if you can give him as much as he can handle. That way there is a little bit more help of getting an positive scope. And make sure you tell them to take many biopsies, not just one or 2, cause the more the better, cause villi damage can be scattered. you might also ask for the gene test to be done on him to see if he carries the celiac...

    can you give us all of his numbers, and that way we can see if maybe he is IgA deficient. My ss only had as high IgG, but we then tested him threw enterolab and it showed he had the celiac gene and did ract to gluten.     Well yesterday we fouind out that the dr wants to met with the whole family, well the siblings and the newphew with power of attorny. At first my hubby was like i cant get the day off of work.     There is really nothing between here and there that would be suitable. We do have an awesome one here but it is inside the nursing home. Right now i guess it is about insurance and money.
