    Well my son had the skin allergy test, and he is also allergic to mold plus about 25 other things like grases, cats, rabbits and so forth. What they are having him do is the allergy shots once a week. I never thought about foods having molds on them causing problems.     I remember i had an u/s with my first when i was in labor, and they told me oh dont worry the bb GIRL is only about 7 pounds, so i was like ok that isnt bad for an girl.     Vbacs recoverin are so much better then c/s recoveries. Ill never forget the first time i tried to stand up after the c/s, it was the worst pain i ever felt in my life. After the birth of my first vbac, i was up and walking 15 minutes later, cause i had to use the bathroom. And i was dishsrged from the hospital a few hours later, my bb girl had to stay but...

    My stepson gets them really bad when he eats gluten, that is one way i can tell when he is cheating. He does have other allergies to polluntants, but i know the racoon eyes are not coming from them, only the red eyes come from his other allergies. SInce he is back on gluten i hate to see how bad they are going to get. paula

    I am one of the ones that do not have the main celiac genes, but i did have an positive blood work, diagnosed DH and postive enterolab results. I would never not go on the gluten free diet cause i dont have a main gene. I have felt the best i have ever felt giving up gluten, casein, soy and garlic then i have ever felt.     Well first off i have Dh, so it is a big deal to me. When i have makeup that has gluten on it my DH on my face gets worse, when i have lotion on my body that has gluten on it, it makes it worse.     They did get the chicken pox vaccine last week along with the other shots. But we found out it was not chicken pox but strep with scarlet fever. So it had nothing to do with the shots tg. paula

    Well after thinking about all of this long and hard, we have decided to put him back on gluten, even tho he has not been completely off of it and redo the whole celiac panel, then get him in with dr lewey and do the scope. I think this is the only way he will follow the gluten free diet. So not my question is how long should he be back on gluten full time...

    Well its not west nile and its not the chicken pox. It is strep with scarltina(scarlet fever) but not as bad as full scarlet fever. So she will be starting antibotics soon. Would it be smart to give her yogurt for an probotic since she is on antibotics. I know she is only 3 and not an diagnosed celiac, but would like to keep her healthy. paula

    You are right about them spreading. My 4 yr old just came to me to scratch her back, and guess what i found bumps on her. My two other boys jsut got back from my parents, so i guess time will tell if they get it next. I guess it is best now then in 16 days when school starts lol paula

    I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about the chances of getting chicken pox when you are a celiac. I know they said it is common to catch chicken pox when your immue system is low. So would being a celiac put us at greater risk in getting them. I did have them when i was 3 but it was a very mild case, and my stepson has not had them nor the vaccine...

    Well its not west nile cause they have now all over her especially her little face. We are taking her to the dr at 2. Im pretty sure it is the chicken pox now, and im beginning to itch all over. ughhhh paula

    exactly carla, My husband is going to come home at 9 and take her. It says they have to do an blood test and it takes a day to come in, but being the weekend who knows how long it will take. All i can say is the dr better not say or dont worry and take her home. Cause it wont be a pretty picture at all. paula
