    I am not sure im posting in the right spot, but this has been on my mind for weeks since i looked up the ingredients for my cigarettes looking for gluten. Well it shows 0.01 part of casein in them. Would this be enough to make me sick since im casein intolerant. Or would i have to smoke like 2 packs a day to feel the affects. I dont think they have affected...

    Well I am still sick, so im sure its not the salmon lol. I was in bed last night at 7 with the heating pad and up at 4 am in pain, so im pretty sure i was glutened somewhere. Im thinking from the pop tarts the kids have been eating all over the house, or maybe one kissed me with crumbs. Or maybe just plain stress from waiting on my moms test yesterday. ...

    Thanks for those kind words, i have tears in my eyes. I know being a full time mom is hard, especially when you have kids they are involved in sports and they have activities at the same time, and you want to be at both places at the same time, but you cant. But it really breaks your heart. Plus it is hard when you are the coach of one of your kids teams...

    Which of the test did they run threw blood? I would think there wont be any damage, but i am not 100 percent sure on this. I would just ask for the scope and see what they say, it wont hurt to ask, none the less im sure the dr will label you gluten intolerant. Did you get your genes tested also? paula

    we still have the ones with no soy here at the store. I had read this post earlier this week and when i went shopping i seen that we had the stuff with no soy in it, i was so happy. I have not used it yet tho, but im wondering if i should go and buy some more before the new stuff hits here paula

    Well she talked to her gyno, and no cancer down below, but still waiting to find out about the other part of her. She sounded so happy not to have cancer. The dr cant explain tho why she had massive bleeding after 10 yrs of being in menopause. If anyone has any insight on this please let me know, Im going to be researching later on the net. thanks all...

    I just wanted to add that I will never run the farm from the farm. It is a farm that grows wheat, corn and sorgum. Years ago tho hubby and I dreamed of taking it over and building a house on the land to have an simple life without living in the city. But now that dream is over since I have celiac.     are the numbers for all the test supposed to be less then 20 if they are negative. I know most test have different ranges for each part of the test. Were u eating lots of gluten up to the test time. You could always test threw enterolab and see if u have the gene, and to see if your body reacts to gluten. paula

    I just put lemon and my casein and gluten free butter on it, with an baked potato. I drank water and an cranberry juice and malibu drink lol, but i drink those about every other day.     That sounds so awesome, and i like that they set up. We had to set for ours and clean it all up. We rented the elks lodge cause my dad is an elks and my mom was in the elks lady, I think we paid about 1000 to rent it for 10 hours. Which is not bad at all.     Well my mom was my maid of honor since she is my best friend, so she wore an dress like the other bridesmaids but with an white part on it while the rest were in all black.     What all does that book talk about, it sounds very interesting. I think i had an neice talk to me many years ago about being on a diet that correllated to her blood type and she lost weight. But is the diet good for celiacs. I am really interested in knowing more about this book. paula
