    i can eat eggs with no problem tho, so could it still be that. I do have alot of fillings, it kinda makes me wonder now. I will have to look into this in a few days when i feel better, my kids brought me home the flu and i can barely function today. paula

    I was just thinking about that. When i made fajitas the other night the onions did not bug me cause they were cooked, but when i had them raw i was in major pain. Maybe i will experiment with it one more time, i love my onions and garlic and i hate that i will have to give both of them up. paula

    She could have other food intolerances that are causing her to feel the way she is feeling besides gluten. Many of us are gluten and casein free. When i first gave up gluten i fetl somehwat better but after i gave up casein i felt wonderful, then i also figured out i was soy and garlic intolerant, it tooj me giving up all 4 of those to feel wonderful.     kitchen basic has the single serve also, i know broth and stock are a little different but i use them for everything for either thing lol. Heck i use anything that says gluten free even if i have never used it before or needed to use it lol paula

    I use chicken and beef stock from kitchen basics, it says right on the label gluten, soy and msg free and a few others. I use it for everything and love it. paula

    It is best to wait to talk to the gi dr, unless you dont want to do an scope. But since there is blood in his stool, i would think it is best to have all the test that the gi dr wants to do, that way you will get more accurate results.     Thank you for your fast response. So in other words it is something that i should try on a day that i dont have to go anywhere just in case i would react. I am not really missing milk but was just curious if this could be an option for me or my step-son. Does this milk taste funny due to not being pasteruized. paula

    Is this stuff safe for us that are gluten and casein free. My hubby was talking to someone the other day that is lactose intolerant and she says she gets the milk from the amish people cause it isnt pausterized. So i was wondering would this stuff be safe for us, or am I just dreaming lol paula

    It is about 389 for the whole test. You can also do an single test for 99, but sometimes its best to do the whole test and to find out what genes he carries and if he has a problem with casein, which many of us do. The good thing with enterolab is you dont have to be eating gluten when you take the test. Some insurances will cover it, it really just depends...

    I react very bad to casein, i always knew i had a problem with lactose and casein before i was ever tested. I could not eat ranch and sour cream, i woud be so sick. But i would still eat it and suffer. Now that i gave it all up, i feel the best i have ever felt unless if iaccidently eat gluten or casein. I know for me it is for life. But i will try after...

    I just went threw all the emails and the latest date we have is aug 26th on guesses, so i guess we will just see who is closest on everything else. If someone hasnt guessed yet, then get in your guesses, well everything but the date, cause that would be cheating lol paula

I have actually not been sleeping the last week or so, but im hoping it is just from remolidiling and and at least 1 or 2 kids sleeping with us every night cause there bedrooms are not set up yet.     Maybe that is what is causing him to be addcited to porn, from the neuroligical aspects of gluten. I will have to make it an point to watch all of it tommorow. I usually watch it anyway but am always doing something while its on lol paula
