    i got up this morning and did some pilates with sharon mann on tv, and now im sitting here drinking some water and reading post before i go get ready for the day. once the kids get up we are going to go for an walk, i have hit an plateau on my diet so i need to step it up this week. paula

    It is interesting to read how many dq1 people have malabsorption scores that are high or above the 300 mark. It just makes me wonder if maybe we have some sort of diease that is not proven yet but correlates with celiac. I am having a hard time putting what im thinking into words here.     I remember that abstract you are talking about, i had it saved on my other puter before it fried. I really wish i still had it tho. i know it talked alot about dq1, maybe its time i take that puter down and see if they can fix it and hope it is still saved on there. paula

    Well i finally went and bought an scale, in june i was 168 and now I am at 155. I knew i was losing inches but i never would have thought i would have lost 13 pounds. I am so excited.     I thought i was doing so good with being celiac. But today i had an meltdown. my hubby brought home some candys corn tortiallas and i started to bawl.     Well if the endo came back postive then you are celiac. blood test show lots of false negatives. It is hard to give up dairy and soy, they put it in everything, but i felt so much better after i gave them up unless when i get cc'ed.     one more thing, what do you mean most of the test were negative, which part of the test was positive that you were diagnosed with celiac. paula

    I would try to go dairy and soy free. Soy was making my poop narrow, i have never had blood in my poop tho. Do you have lots of blood or just a little? Do you know if u have or ever had hemmoroids? I think i have read somewhere that ruffage can do that to you also, but im not 100 percent sure on that. Im sure others will jump in with other information...

    I only carry one and had i think 374 i would have to look it up, but my stepson had no malabsorption but the celiac gene wiht dq1, i just find it odd that dq1 seem to have an high malabsorption compared to others. what do others think about this. paula

    I have been reading and thinking about everyone and their enterolab test. I seem to find that most of us that have a dq1 gene have malabsorption when we get tested threw enterolab. Has anyone else noticed this. So if you have the dq1, what was your malabsorption score. paula
