    I think an weigh in day would be great, in another weight lose board I am in, we weigh in on fridays cause its easier then on mondays when we might cheat a little on the weekend lol And if we see a good loss then we wont want to cheat during the weekend lol paula

    well all of her blood test came back great, the dr said she is the most healthy 55 yr old he has seen in years. Even her fatty liver is gone, he said she must being something right. He thinks her pain is just her going threw menopause and thinks she just needs better bras lol. But her thyroid test came back great so it isnt her thyroid. I am so relieved...

    They did do lots of blod work, she said they took 4 or 5 vials to check everything and sent her home to do and poop test, she does not want to do that, she is a prude, her best friend is the drs nurse and she even makes her go out of the room and get a different nurse for her pap smear lol.     Thanks gina,. well i made it threw the 2 hours at the rockies challenge, but now i am home and in complete pain. I even caught myself being cranky at the baseball thing. I feel so bad when i get like this and the kids just look at me like im some freak. I think i can handle the digestive problems alot better then i can the neurological affects. paula

    I have had problems with lays and fritos. I even got sick from the lays stax from all the oil in them. I dont eat any of their products anymore. I pretty much just stick to kettle chips and boulder chips now. paula

    Well the best thing to do is just go back to the basics of eating like meat, fruits and veggies and maybe potatoes and rice and see if that improves. I had to cut out gluten, casein and soy to feel better. I use fleishmans butter unsalted with no problems, or u can use like olive oil if its on a baked potato. paula

    Could that high of malabsorption be something like crohns? If you feel better off gluten then i would stay off of it for life, or maybe challenge it in 6 months or an yr and see how you feel. I wish i could be of some help, but im really stumped by that high of an malabsorption score. I agree with others tho and try more testing and see what they can...

    Marlene, I use to have that problem of typing in the wrong words, or have to sit and think is it coach or couch or things similiar to that. But my thinking has greatly approved.     Maybe you are not reacting to gluten but to casein. Are you an diagnosed celiac? paula
